Senior Account Executive

We're looking for a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our client’s team.

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth across Europe, managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing. This role focuses exclusively on acquiring new clients and partnerships – no existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a proactive sales hunter with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals in the digital, ad tech, or mobile ecosystem.


Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of hands-on B2B new business sales experience in ad tech, digital marketing or mobile apps
  • Proven full-cycle selling skills: outbound prospecting, discovery, solution framing, negotiation and closing
  • Hunter profile with a track record of building pipeline from zero and hitting or exceeding quota for the last 4+ quarters
  • Confidence selling to senior marketing and growth leaders, including C-level decision makers
  • Strong verbal and written English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Comfortable working remotely across European time zones with minimal supervision
  • Solid CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline in Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Working knowledge of performance models and metrics such as CPA, CPI, ROAS, LTV and cohort retention
  • Basic deal mechanics and legal familiarity: pricing structures, IOs or MSAs, GDPR awareness


Nice to have:

  • Existing network among advertisers in gaming, fintech, rewards, subscriptions or mobile-first brands
  • Experience with channel partnerships or affiliate programs
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms and attribution basics
  • Strong presentation skills for demos, pitches and events


Responsibilities:

  • Own the full new business lifecycle in Europe: market mapping, target list creation, multi-channel outreach, discovery, demos, proposals and contract closing
  • Build and maintain a healthy self-generated pipeline that meets coverage targets and quarterly objectives
  • Conduct deep discovery to quantify value and align commercial models under CPA, CPI, CPL or revenue-share structures
  • Craft compelling proposals and pitch narratives tailored to stakeholder needs and buying criteria
  • Navigate procurement and legal to remove blockers and drive deals to signature
  • Hand off closed-won accounts to onboarding and customer success with clear context and success criteria
  • Maintain impeccable CRM data, activity logging and deal forecasting on a weekly cadence
  • Track and improve core KPIs: meetings booked, pipeline velocity, win rate and average sales cycle
  • Feed market and competitor insights back to product and marketing to refine positioning and offers
  • Represent the company at selected industry events and prospect meetings across the region
