We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with our existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services within their operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS account management, particularly within the Google Workspace ecosystem, and possess excellent communication skills.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of account management experience in the SaaS industry, particularly with Google Workspace and automation tools.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for service expansion based on client needs.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, automation tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to work primarily within U.S. time zones to effectively engage with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client needs and suggest additional solutions or services to drive their business forward.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge to effectively present features and benefits to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, support, and product development to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Regularly update senior management on account progress, opportunities, and any challenges.
