Requirements

  • 23 years of experience in IT recruitment 
  • Hands-on experience sourcing in EU, USA and/or LATAM markets 
  • Strong skills in LinkedIn sourcing (Recruiter, Boolean, outreach) 
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Understanding of tech, marketing, sales roles and basic tech stacks
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and verbal) is a must 
  • Experience in working with remote tools (remote desktop etc) and overall have a good understanding of PC setup 
  • Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player who values accountability, honesty, and has a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work and learn fast in a dynamic and flexible environment
  • Good interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Intermediate-Advanced proficiency with Windows/Linux/macOS, Gmail/other Email clients, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and their G Suite counterparts

Nice to have requirements:

  • Experience with sourcing automation and AI tools (LinkedIn Helper, ChatGPT etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Source and engage IT talent across Europe, USA and LATAM using LinkedIn, email, GitHub, and beyond 
  • Build and manage strong talent pipelines for different tech roles
  • Craft personalized outreach that actually gets replies (no spam vibes)
  • Screen CVs and identify candidates who truly match client needs
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones
  • Track candidates and maintain clean, structured data in CRM
  • Monitor pipeline performance and report on sourcing metrics
  • Re-engage past candidates and build long-term relationships
