As a Product Manager, your role involves crafting and implementing the user-facing functionalities of our product, guaranteeing they satisfy customer requirements and are in line with the company's broader objectives.

Job description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar position.
  • Demonstrated ability to present product roadmap and status reports to top-level executives.
  • Experience in working collaboratively across different departments to successfully execute projects tackling intricate technical challenges.
  • Direct experience collaborating with both frontend and backend engineers within a remote company environment.
  • Experience engaging with products and features utilized by a large user base numbering in the thousands.
  • Understanding how to convey the value proposition to customers through the design style and user experience flow.
  • Ability to work between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm US Central.
  • Good oral and written English is a must.

Responsibilities:

  • To bring enthusiasm and a deep understanding of the American home improvement customer, serving as their advocate and representative in our endeavors.
  • Establish direct connections with customers and actively engage with their feedback.
  • Make strategic decisions about priorities while encouraging the team to consider the future implications.
  • Establish credibility and reduce confusion among stakeholders and other departments by maintaining a clear and precise roadmap.
  • Analyze the utilization of products and features.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to comprehend user navigation patterns and identify areas of customer disengagement across the entire lifecycle.
  • Use our data dashboards to assess the influence of features on key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs).
