Business Development Manager

Join our team as a Business Development Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in advancing our growth strategy, particularly in the areas of e-mobility, cybersecurity, and diagnostic solutions. Your responsibilities will include competitive analysis, strategic planning, business objective setting, and expanding our market reach.


  • 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar positions within the technology sector. 
  • Proficient in SWOT analysis and strategic planning.
  • Deep understanding of e-mobility, cybersecurity, and diagnostic solutions.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and English.


  • Utilize SWOT analysis to evaluate the company's competitive stance and develop strategic plans focused on e-mobility, cybersecurity, diagnostic solutions, and all company services.
  • Define objectives and craft strategies to drive business and revenue growth, ensuring they align with the company’s overarching goals.
  • Perform in-depth market research to uncover potential clients and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to foster business expansion.
  • Build and nurture relationships to support business growth and company expansion.
  • Independently attract new clients (OEM/Tier 1) and initiate projects with them.
  • Keep up with the latest technological advancements and market trends to identify and attract new customers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and network with key industry players.
  • Continuously expand your professional network and stay informed about market changes and opportunities.
