B2C Lifecycle & Automation Coordinator

The B2C Lifecycle & Automation Coordinator will be responsible for executing and optimizing omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging. This role requires experience in CRM, mobile marketing, and customer engagement strategies, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis using Looker.  


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or mobile marketing in a B2C environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo  
  • Familiarity with mobile marketing channels, including push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS.
  • Experience with Looker for campaign performance tracking and data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Ability to work with customer segmentation and create personalized marketing journeys.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good oral and written English is a must.


Nice to have:

  • Experience in omnichannel marketing and campaign integration across multiple digital channels.
  • Understanding of app user engagement strategies and retention techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and workflows.
  • Knowledge of additional data visualization tools beyond Looker.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2C lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Leverage CRM and mobile-specific data to create targeted customer segments and personalized campaigns.
  • Work with the CRM team to integrate mobile marketing strategies into broader lifecycle workflows.
  • Utilize Looker to track campaign performance, user engagement, and customer retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure effective messaging.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in CRM workflows.
